– el cierre del bar del Windsor Mercure por la noche, es mucho más cálido y convivial que el bar del Novotel. – El precio demasiado elevado del aparcamiento del hotel. – los jacuzzis merecen un mantenimiento más riguroso, se notan demasiados depósitos diversos en su fondo. Para ello, exigir más ir a las duchas antes de utilizarlos, al igual que para los otros postes. ¡¡¡Igualmente, demasiada gente sale del hammam o de la sauna (después de sudar) para ir directamente a la piscina o a los jacuzzis…. sin pasar por la ducha!!! ¡Las instrucciones pueden no ser lo suficientemente explícitas?!
Hotel muy antiguo, necesita una renovación lo antes posible, un ascensor no funcionaba y el otro falló un día. Habitaciones muy viejas que necesitan renovación en todos los niveles. Baños muy muy pequeños. Wifi muy débil, siempre se desconecta y con poco alcance.
